Welcome to Brewscapes! I'm Brian and I really you stopping by. I am a Certified Cicerone, and a member of the Guild of Beer Sommeliers and North American Guild of Beer Writers. I’m also a homebrewer and a provisional BJCP judge.

Beer is a global business worth hundreds of billions of US dollars, a meticulously crafted work of art, a finely engineered product of chemistry and biology, a surprisingly important actor in our shared history, and the social glue that binds us as a community. But most of all, beer is fun!

I’ve crafted my consulting business to inspire my clients to learn more about beer in all of its amazing diversity and complexity, from the creative genius driving the explosive craft beer scene in the US to the timeless brewing masterpieces in Europe and everywhere in between.

What I Do

I offer beer consulting services for breweries, restaurants and bars. You don’t have to worry about your beer list, because I will take care of it. I will build an expertly curated beer list that will pair wonderfully with your food and atmosphere. I will also keep your beer list current as the seasons change and new industry trends emerge.
